Our products are digital and delivered straight away, so the usual rules for returning goods do not fit. This policy explains your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how we handle requests.
01Your right to cancel
For digital content, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel. That right ends once supply begins if, at checkout, you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. If you did not give that consent and have not yet started a download or opened the product, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
02If a product is faulty or not as described
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is materially different from its description, tell us and we will provide a working replacement or fix it. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, or it would cause you significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a price reduction, which can be a full refund.
03Change of mind
Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot normally refund a change of mind, because the content cannot be returned. If something about a purchase has genuinely gone wrong, such as buying the same product twice by mistake, please contact us and we will look at it fairly.
04How to ask for a refund
Use our contact page, with the email address and order number used for the purchase and a short description of the problem. For a faulty file, a screenshot or the error message helps us fix it quickly.
05How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of our agreeing the refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. When a refund is made, the licence for that product ends and access is removed from your account.
06Member price and promotions
Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, including any member price or discount applied. Promotion-specific conditions are set out in our promotion terms.
07Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Advice about your consumer rights is available from Citizens Advice.
